Shipping Policy

Scentiful currently ships within the United States only.

Processing and delivery times

Standard orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated carrier transit time is 4–5 business days after shipment, for an estimated total of 6–8 business days under the standard schedule. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Standard shipping costs

Standard shipping is $6.50. Complimentary standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $49 or more. Available shipping methods and the applicable shipping charge are displayed at checkout before payment.

Coordinated local delivery

Complimentary local delivery is reserved for eligible local orders coordinated with a Scentiful consultant. This is a separate service from standard shipping. Availability depends on the delivery address and prior coordination. Add your consultant’s name in the Delivery Instructions at checkout. If you have not coordinated local delivery, select standard shipping. Contact support@scentiful.com for help connecting with a consultant or confirming eligibility.

Summer schedule for candles and wax melts

From June through September, candles and wax melts ship on Mondays to help reduce extended heat exposure in transit. This Monday-only dispatch schedule may extend the standard processing time for orders containing wax products. Carrier transit is estimated at 4–5 business days after dispatch. Non-wax products continue to follow the standard processing schedule.

Delivery questions

Actual delivery timing depends on the carrier and may be affected by delays, rerouting, holidays, or failed delivery attempts. If your order is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@scentiful.com with your order number so we can review the issue and assist you.
