What is your processing time on orders?

PROCESSING TIME:
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances orders ship out within 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES:
USA: Delivery within 5-7 business days after 48–72-hour processing time.

These shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the courier Scentiful has no control over how long the package will take to arrive. Scentiful is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

My address is incorrect on my order. What should I do?

Contact us immediately by emailing support@scentiful.com. We will cancel your order so you can place a new one with the correct address.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship only within the United States.

What is your wax blend made up of?

The wax
used in our candles is a custom blend of primarily soy ingredients with a small
amount of paraffin. The paraffin helps with scent throw and a longer lasting
candle.

-The wax used
in our clamshell wax melts is a paraffin free, 100% plant-based soy, coconut,
and sunflower blend.

-The wax
used in our container melts is 100% soy wax.
