You can begin with an aromatic mist for an immediate shift, then use a candle or wax melt for a slower, lasting fragrance experience. Layer the same scent across formats for continuity, or pair complementary fragrances to create more depth.

The 8 oz Room + Linen Mist is designed for refreshing rooms and washable household linens.

The 2 oz Auto + Travel Mist offers the same intentional fragrance experience in a portable format for cars, travel and smaller spaces away from home.

Both provide an immediate way to shift the atmosphere. The primary difference is where and how conveniently each size is used.

Yes. The 8 oz Room + Linen Mist may be lightly applied to washable household linens.

Always test the mist on a small, inconspicuous area first. Avoid saturating fabric and do not apply it to delicate, specialty, unfinished or water-sensitive materials.

No. Scentiful aromatic mists are designed for fragrance use in the air and, where identified, on washable household linens. They are not intended for direct application to the skin.

Do not spray it directly onto skin, pets, floors, dashboards or finished surfaces. In vehicles and smaller spaces, begin with a light application and allow the fragrance to disperse before adding more.

Allow the mist to disperse before deciding whether the space needs more. A few intentional sprays are often more effective than oversaturating the room.

The size of the room, airflow and the fragrance itself may influence how quickly and strongly it is experienced. The scent continues to develop and move through the space as the candle burns.

Scentiful candles are intentionally designed to develop their full melt pool gradually—typically by the third or fourth burn.

The wax may not reach the vessel’s edge during the first burn. This is expected and does not automatically mean the candle is tunneling.

Not necessarily. If your moment ends before the wax reaches the vessel’s edge, the candle can continue melting inward during future burns. This more forgiving performance helps minimize tunneling and wasted wax.

Proper candle care still matters, but one shorter burn does not automatically mean the candle has been ruined.

Before each burn, trim both wicks to approximately ¼ inch.

On the first burn, allow both wicks to remain lit long enough for the wax to begin melting evenly. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, pets and flammable materials.

Never leave a burning candle unattended, burn it for more than four hours at a time or continue using it when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.

The dual-wick design supports more even heat distribution across the candle’s wider vessel and helps the wax and fragrance develop consistently.

Both wicks should always be trimmed and lit together.

The 2.5 oz clamshell melt is divided into individual wax portions, allowing you to control how much wax you place into a compatible warmer.

The 3 oz container melt is poured into a smooth, wickless vessel and is designed to be warmed directly in its container using a compatible warming appliance.

Both offer a flameless way to enjoy fragrance when used with the appropriate warmer.

Scentiful’s 2.5 oz clamshell melts are made with a paraffin-free blend of soy, coconut and sunflower waxes.

The 3 oz container melts are made with 100% soy wax and poured into a smooth, wickless format.

No. Container melts are wickless and must never be lit.

Remove the lid and use the product only with a compatible warming appliance suitable for container-style wax products. Follow the warmer manufacturer’s instructions and never leave a warming product unattended.

Begin with one cube in a compatible wax warmer. Allow the wax to melt and the fragrance to disperse before deciding whether more is needed.

Do not overfill the warmer dish. Always follow the warmer manufacturer’s capacity and safety instructions.

Wax can be reheated while it continues to release fragrance. When the fragrance is no longer noticeable, allow the wax to cool completely and remove it according to your warmer manufacturer’s instructions.

Do not pour melted wax into a sink or drain.

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.

Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time. You will receive shipping confirmation when your order has been prepared and transferred to the carrier.

Estimated delivery within the United States is 5–7 business days after the order ships.

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery timing depends on the carrier. Once a package has been scanned by the carrier, Scentiful cannot control delays, rerouting or failed delivery attempts.

From June through September, candles and wax melts ship on Mondays to help reduce extended exposure to high temperatures while in transit.

Non-wax products continue to follow the standard processing schedule.

Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $49 or more.

Not at this time. Scentiful currently ships within the United States only.

To protect the order and prevent delivery problems, Scentiful will cancel the order so that you can place a new one using the correct address. Once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.

Email support@scentiful.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging.

Please retain the product and packaging until Scentiful has reviewed the issue and provided next steps.

Eligible products may be returned for an exchange or refund when they are new, unused and postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Email returns@scentiful.com with your order number before sending a return so that you can receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and complete instructions.

Approved returns and exchanges are generally processed within seven days after the returned item is received and inspected.
