Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are for new, unused products in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee; this fee does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Non-defective exchanges are not offered. Approved refunds are issued within 7 calendar days after we receive your return.
